One of our main priorities is to finish projects.  We strive to offer exceptional sevice and respect to our customers and get the job done right  the first time.  We try to treat people the way we would like to be treated, like being honest about when we can get to each particular project and when it could be completed. As costs can get out of control we work with you to keep things reasonable.

Our Business

We started this business after seeing so many shops that would take in a customer car, take a large deposit, disassemble the car into a pile and leave it that way for months or sometimes years. Instead of finishing the car they will take in a new customer and do the same thing. There is no reason for this.  As long as there are parts available and weekly payments being made we will continue to work on the cars in the order they are received. That means we can finish them and go onto the next project. So far this process has worked very well. It may still mean you have to wait your turn but we are not going to lie to you about when your car will be worked on or finished.

Who We Are

Genesis One Automotive is a christian owned company founded in 2006 by BJ Fisher.

"After 17 years in the racing and automotive repair business it was time to go out on my own. The pieces fell together at the right time and place, as only God can orchastrate. I struggled to name the shop, my father owned Fisher Repair in Iowa, maybe we could be Fisher Repair South?

My grandfather named his creations Fisher Built, but neither seemed right. Then as I prayed I heard Genesis One. It seems fitting, the Genesis, or creation of, Cars. It also roots the company in the Word. Want to know where to start reading the bible? How about "In the beginning God..."
